Your access to and use of the Service is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to those who access and use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
YBOO limited is registered in the United Kingdom under company number 10666836 and is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Service will be governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. In special cases, residents of Northern Ireland and Scotland may bring proceedings in those countries respectively.
All copyright, patents, trademarks, designs and logos, and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) on the yboo app or yboo.co.uk belong to YBOO limited. No user has a right or licence to use any copyright, patent, or design owned by yboo or any other third party except as expressly provided in the Terms.
This app and website are intended for use as a free service as is, created to recommend to users SIM-only mobile deals best suited to their phone usage, as available, as well as advise users as to which operators offer the best network coverage in their area, within the UK.
We also offer rewards to users, as available, who Switch to a new SIM only deal through the app or Share the app through email or social media.
As a condition of use you promise not to use the Service in any way that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and by yboo limited in any capacity.
Apple regulations do not allow iOS apps to track text or call usage, meaning yboo can only show iPhone users their data usage and can only recommend deals based on their data usage. It is up to each user to take this into consideration when selecting a deal, particularly those with a low number of call minutes or texts. yboo is not responsible if a deal is purchased that does not provide enough call minutes or texts.
Our Service allows you to share and post certain information (content) relating to the app. Management of this content comes with responsibility of use, whereby you cannot use this content to infringe on anyone’s rights, or defame yboo and its Service. This includes sharing or posting content through yboo that is libelous, offensive, abusive, defamatory, and that infringes any copyright or rights of this Service or any person.
Any user who abuses this Service and/or defies the Terms as described here will be held accountable for their actions and conduct. yboo reserves the right to determine actions taken at our sole discretion.
Please ensure to attach a screenshot of your deal confirmation page. Customers must have switched through yboo to claim the £10 cashback. You are only eligible to claim one reward per person. Only UK entrants aged 18 years or older.

Our Service contains links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by yboo.
yboo has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, Privacy Policies, or practices of any third party websites or services. You are responsible for reading and agreeing with the Terms and Conditions and/or Privacy Policies of these third parties.
You further acknowledge and agree that yboo shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.
yboo does not hold any personally identifiable information about any user. Any data collected is to be used to further the suitability and specificity of goods and services recommended to each user.
In the case of a user qualifying for a Reward this requires the user’s email address, to be given only at the sole discretion of the user and to be used explicitly for use as described by the Service on the email sign up web page.

Removal of the app from your device will not automatically lead to the deletion of any personal data yboo may have stored. Should you wish for the removal from our records any and all of your personal data (usage records etc) contact us at email@example.com and include your Device ID. Your Device ID can be found on the Contact Us page of the yboo app, by selecting the mail icon.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a modification is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Disclaimer of warranties
YBOO Limited does not guarantee or warrant that your use of the yboo Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and you agree that the Service may be removed temporarily or permanently at any time, without any notice to you.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the yboo Service is at your sole risk. All products and services supplied are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
